Airsys Cooling Technologies, a global player in mission-critical cooling solutions headquartered in Greer, South Carolina, to open its first European manufacturing facility in Páty, Hungary.

The new plant will gradually evolve into Airsys’ European manufacturing center, supporting production, assembly and quality assurance for high-performance cooling systems used in data centers, telecom networks and AI infrastructure.

Central hub for Europe

Airsys has leased an approximately 12,000 sqm industrial hall operated by InPark, one of Hungary’s largest industrial property developers. The Páty site is designed to function as a centralized production hub, enabling faster delivery times for European customers.

With the Hungarian facility announced today, Airsys is taking a decisive step toward bringing its manufacturing operations closer to its European customers. As a result, shorter delivery times and more flexible cooperation will become possible

The move comes amid surging European demand for high-density cooling, driven by hyperscale data centers, AI workloads and next-generation telecom infrastructure.

InPark currently manages nearly 20 projects nationwide, with a total development portfolio exceeding 900 hectares, making it the largest industrial property owner in Hungary, according to the company.
