CityOne snaps up €20M+ Kőbánya factory, Budapest’s biggest intra-city logistics deal in years

Transaction details remain private, but Zoltán Radnóty, CityOne’s majority owner and CEO confirmed the price aligns with top-tier assets

CityOne Group has acquired the Kőbánya factory of German automotive supplier WOCO Group in what ranks as one of Budapest’s largest intra-city logistics transactions in recent years.

The modern 18,500 sqm hall, built in 2017 along Maglódi út, Kőbánya’s key industrial artery, will relaunch as KőbányaOne Logistics Park, bolstering CityOne’s urban warehousing portfolio.

KőbányaOne boasts 14m clear height, 4.8 MVA power for heavy industry, and prime access to M3 motorway, M0 ring road, Route 4 and Budapest Airport, all weight-limit free. Kőbánya’s industrial heritage ensures skilled labour, with tram, bus and rail links plus 149 car parks.
