Innovinia has successfully completed the construction of a nearly 20,000 square meter logistics facility located within the IGPark Debrecen. The primary tenant of this new facility is Duvenbeck.

The project was completed according to the planned schedule in the second quarter of 2025, with Duvenbeck taking over the building on July 1st, as announced by the developer.

The latest development by Innovinia was built on a 4.6-hectare industrial site adjacent to the BMW factory. This site is situated in the ”VIP” industrial zone of the Debrecen North-West Economic Zone.

Innovinia aimed to develop IGPark Debrecen following an eco-industrial concept in line with the company’s ESG strategy. The energy supply for the Debrecen facility is entirely sourced from electric energy, with plans to incorporate solar power in the future.
