Sweden’s group.one acquires MiniCRM and its Romanian subsidiary

Swedish digital solutions provider group.one has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Hungarian company MiniCRM Zrt., including its Romanian subsidiary, after a sstring of 2024 acquisitions, including SHORE, GTmetrix, and Termly.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Budapest, MiniCRM is a cloud-based CRM software provider, offering an all-in-one platform specifically designed for SMEs. The system enables businesses to manage sales activities, marketing campaigns, customer support services, and more.

With a team of approximately 100 employees in Hungary and Romania, MiniCRM serves over 2,300 clients across a wide range of industries. The platform include sales pipeline management, email marketing, invoicing, and helpdesk ticketing.
