Tender Match is aiming to bring transparency, speed, and efficiency to a fragmented funding Hungarian ecosystem. The digital initiative connects companies seeking funding with relevant grant writers, consultants, and project managers through an automated matching system.

It is the first platform in Hungary to digitally link businesses with pre-screened experts based on eligibility and project requirements. The service is completely free for companies, while professionals receive only filtered, genuinely relevant inquiries.

Navigating a fragmented funding landscape

A significant number of Hungarian companies still miss out on available funding due to the complexity and fragmentation of the grant ecosystem. National and EU-level calls are spread across multiple platforms and institutions, making them difficult to track simultaneously.

According to Tender Match founder Jusztina Törzsök, a grant expert with 14 years of industry experience, Hungarian businesses must currently monitor at least 14 different sources on an ongoing basis to ensure they are informed about every relevant funding opportunity.

Another recurring issue is the time and effort required to identify the right expert. Companies often receive irrelevant offers or lack the capacity to evaluate them. On Tender Match, experts actively choose which grants they can support, ensuring that companies are only approached by professionals who are a genuine fit.

Value for both companies and experts

For businesses, the platform provides a clear and transparent overview of grant opportunities aligned with their eligibility profile. Thanks to digital automation, Tender Match filters opportunities based on key criteria.

Through the app, companies can easily access domestic, EU-level, and direct Brussels funding opportunities. At the same time, the system automatically pairs them with the most suitable grant writers or consultants.

Grant writers, consultants, and project managers can define their areas of expertise and engagement focus, review opportunities through concise, business-oriented descriptions, and receive only pre-screened, relevant inquiries from companies.
