BlackPeak Capital has closed the sale of its stake in euShipments.com, as Austrian Post, one of Europe’s largest postal companies, completes the acquisition of 70% of the regional e-commerce logistics player.

As part of Austrian Post Group, euShipments.com will continue to operate independently but with greater firepower to extend its portfolio, service range and geographic coverage for online merchants.

With the successful closing of this transaction, we are entering a new phase of strategic development for euShipments.com

New hubs in Italy and Spain

In 2025, euShipments.com generated EUR 51 million in revenue, with growth continuing in the months following the signing of the acquisition agreement. Early 2026 has already brought two strategic additions: new fulfillment centres in Bolzano (Italy) and Barcelona (Spain), boosting total storage capacity by more than one third.

The new hubs are designed to shorten transit times across Southern Europe and give e-commerce clients faster, more reliable access to Italy, Spain and the wider region, turning euShipments.com into a more compelling partner for merchants looking to scale cross-border.
