Biggeorge Property has completed and handed over the first industrial facility at LogStar Park Fehérvár, its 100-hectare logistics and industrial development in Szabadbattyán, near Székesfehérvár.

The build-to-suit production and office facility was developed specifically for Premium Sound Solutions (PSS) and is secured under a 15-year lease, the park first long-term occupier.

PSS supplies audio components to premium and luxury automotive manufacturers including BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes and Volvo and has operated in the Székesfehérvár region for around three decades.

PSS plans €15 million investment through 2030

The new facility will support PSS’s next phase of expansion in Hungary, including an investment of approximately €15 million through 2030. The programme will add 32 injection-moulding machines and increase production capacity to around 40 million components annually. The expansion is also expected to create more than 110 new jobs in the region.

Biggeorge Property has approximately 500,000 sqm of potential BTS and BTO development capacity across the site. BTS developments are constructed for specific tenants under long-term agreements, while BTO projects allow occupiers to commission facilities designed for eventual ownership. The park also includes several plots available for sale.

100-hectare project targets industrial expansion near Székesfehérvár

The scale of LogStar Park Fehérvár gives Biggeorge Property significant room for further development following the completion of the PSS facility. The combination of a 15-year lease, PSS’s planned €15 million investment and the park’s approximately half-million-square-metre development capacity gives the first handover strategic significance for the wider project.
