Panattoni has completed the second building at Panattoni Park Moson, adding around 24,000 sqm of logistics space. The new hall received its occupancy permit in August and brings the park’s completed capacity to almost 51,000 sqm, all of which is occupied by international logistics provider FIEGE.
FIEGE initially leased almost 18,000 sqm in the first building at Panattoni Park Moson, before expanding its footprint as new contracts and business requirements increased demand. The first hall provides close to 27,000 sqm, while the newly completed second phase adds another approximately 24,000 sqm.
Together, the two buildings now give FIEGE almost 51,000 sqm of warehouse and logistics capacity, turning the site into a major base for the company’s western Hungarian operations.
Second phase completed in six months
Panattoni said the second building was completed in around six months, supported by favourable weather and detailed technical planning. The project is also targeting a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating, with the certification process currently under way.
Hungarian portfolio continues to expand
Panattoni has operated through its Hungarian subsidiary since 2021 and completed its first local development, Panattoni City Dock Törökbálint, in 2023. The first building at Panattoni Park Moson was handed over in the first quarter of 2026.
The company also delivered two build-to-suit facilities for German automotive supplier ZF Chassis Modules in Kecskemét and Debrecen, with a combined area of around 30,000 sqm, followed by a 32,000 sqm logistics centre in Üllő for Rossmann in 2025.
Globally, Panattoni operates through 71 offices across Europe, North America and India and says it has delivered more than 60 million sqm of space for over 2,500 clients.
