Számlázz.hu, the country’s dominant cloud-based invoicing platform, reported a record-breaking 125,634,732 invoices and receipts issued in 2025. The figure represents a nearly 10% jump from the 115 million documents generated in 2024.
In 2025, nearly 85,000 new businesses joined the system, while the community of accountants utilizing the platform’s professional tools grew by over 2,100. Számlázz.hu is serving a massive ecosystem of over 800,000 businesses.

December 1st (Monday) stood out as the busiest day of the year, with 658,477 invoices issued in a single 24-hour window, and December 25th remained the quietest day, seeing 62,130 invoice, though even the Christmas holiday couldn’t fully halt the gears of automated commerce.
In a testament to the “always-on” nature of digital business, the year’s final invoice (6,749 HUF) was issued at exactly 11:59:59 PM on New Year’s Eve, followed closely by a final receipt at 11:59:54 PM.
